Family Man Carpet Cleaning is a steam cleaning carpet cleaner. The technical term is Hot Water Extraction. Simply put: we use extremely hot water (gauged at 200-230 degrees) to rinse the carpets after doing our extensive pre-treating and scrubbing process.
